This article is about the debate over whether the state government has the power to restrict violent video games to certain ages. It goes on to explain how it started with the California government passing a law to make video games appropriately label the content in video games and some of the arguments that happened after that. The authors intent for the article was to report on an issue and the intended audience would be anyone interested. There are no biases or fallacies. This article wasnt very full of information on the whole topic of video game controversy, but it had details of a specific case concerning it.

  1. I don't think this would be the best article to use for your paper. It sounds like the article is just about the history of labeling video games. If this article explains why the labels might be good/bad, then it might be a good article to use.
